Swing to bring huge banners to life.
Éloge de l’air is a fusion of two objects, the banner and the swing that together create a surrealistic and poetic third object. Comprising nine statuesque swings, the installation brings enormous banners to life through your swinging, which you can do alone or as a duo. During the day, the banners capture and reflect light in shimmering gold and silver tones, putting on a show that changes with the intensity of your movement. At night, the installation takes on a magical air as beams of light illuminate the flags and frames, creating a captivating and mystical dance of lights. The murmuring of the wind and the fluttering of the banners create a poetic and meditative ambiance that transports you on a sensory journey.
