Le Cercle Polaire: A Visual Ode to Wolves and Glaciers

Cercle polaire is a luminous, ephemeral art installation presented at Place Ville Marie. It reveals a northern landscape of glaciers, populated by its emblematic fauna, including polar bears, emperor penguins and wolves.

Presented to raise awareness of the fragility of polar ecosystems and current environmental issues, the work invites the public to reflect through an immersive artistic experience. By showcasing the majesty and vulnerability of northern wildlife, the installation prompts reflection on the impacts of climate change and invites us to take action to preserve these threatened territories. This ephemeral work offers a moment of wonder while conveying a strong message of collective responsibility.
